The LEV series utilizes a designed seat-back linkage four-bar mechanism, where rotation of the back support component drives the seat's motion, ensuring the center of gravity consistently moves along a horizontal linear path.
As the seat reclines, the leg rest rises, and the backrest lowers, all while maintaining key fixed angles at the hip and knee joints. This entire process is achieved without relying on traditional motor or spring mechanisms.
By eliminating the conventional chassis and adopting an iron frame structure, the product gains increased design versatility, significantly reduces costs, and enhances production efficiency.
